HEY - I’M LARA!

I'm a first degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, multi-sport athlete, multi-instrument musician, and former college softball player.

I’m also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, yoga instructor, and Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach on a mission to dismantle the diet industry and help people take their lives back after years of trying to lose weight.

I know exactly what it's like to chase ever-changing goal weights and jeans sizes at the expense of my mental and physical health. I did it for years before I finally said ENOUGH.

Over the past four years, I’ve helped hundreds of people get off the dieting hamster wheel so that they can fulfill their soul’s purpose and live the nourished, whole, meaningful life they deserve.

  • Because this is a membership community, you’ll be charged $67/month unless you cancel. If you want to save some money, you can select the annual payment option at checkout - this option is $647 for a full year, which saves 20%!

  • Yep! You have full control over your membership. If at any point you feel like the community is no longer serving you, you can cancel!

  • Whatever you want! This membership is intended to serve people who have allll the time, as well as people who have limited time. You can access anything in the portal whenever you want, so you can watch an hour-long workshop in one sitting or in four! And, just like with anything, you’ll get out whatever you put in.

  • Nourished & Whole (the program) is a 20-week cohort-based Intuitive Eating course. I guide group members using the IE book and workbook, we have live calls together every two weeks, and we have a private group for coaching between calls.

    This membership, The Nourished & Whole Collective, is a portal and community for you to utilize on your own time. If you’re interested in the higher-touch program, let me know!
