In this customized container, you'll work closely with me to learn how to eat intuitively, and to cultivate a healthy relationship with food, movement, and your body. We will communicate as often as needed in order to support you in your goals!

Nope! My goal is to get to the root of your struggles and help you learn how to build consistent, healthy habits. If you’re an athlete, then we may be working with macros. But counting macros is really just a different way of counting calories, and many people have tried that in the past with no long-term success. That being said, it doesn’t work for everyone. Most of us need to learn how to trust our bodies rather than external sources like macros or meal plans.

Intuitive Eating is a self-care eating framework, which integrates instinct, emotion, and rational thought and was created by two dietitians, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch in 1995. Intuitive Eating is a weight-inclusive, evidence-based model with a validated assessment scale and over 150 studies to date.

NO. Nope. Definitely not. I don’t sell supplements, shakes, products, or anything else other than my services. I don’t recruit people to work for a team. Precision Nutrition is an accredited certification program, so I’m actually a certified nutrition coach.

NO WAY, JOSE!! When we work together, you get to have your cake and eat it, too - literally. Restriction is for the birds. In my world, we add instead of subtract.
